If you encounter difficulties setting up our service on your devices, we highly recommend referring to the provided tutorials and guides. Refunds will not be granted solely due to an inability to set up the service.

  4. Payment Error: In the event that you made an error while selecting a service and completed the payment, please create a support ticket titled “Payment Error.” Our support team will review the request and, if applicable, approve and process the refund. This applies specifically to cases where you intended to purchase a 3-month service but mistakenly paid for a year or a shorter duration.

  5. Account Expiry: Please note that refund requests will not be accepted if they are submitted within 7 days of the account’s expiration.
